Meetings resume Saturday 20th November 2021.
We are back !!!
For the first time after Lockdown, we will meet on 20th November 2021!
And every third Saturday of each month afterwards.
Please check with Maciek for any last minute alterations.
Attention! – change of venue!
We will meet 7pm – 9pm in the Holy Cross Church Hall,
11 Bangholm Loan, Edinburgh EH5 3AH.
There is access to a free car park.
We will discuss all things 3D and stereoscopy, view some splendid 3D photos and 3D movies and enjoy binocular vision.
We will follow all government COVID-19 regulations.
At the first meeting, Maciek will present a brief introduction to stereoscopy with examples of viewers and cameras. We will try to discover Scottish connections with stereoscopy and we will admire examples of stereoscopic pictures taken by Scottish photography pioneers.
And also we will view some contemporary images – the main topic will be “Travel” as something we all lack off. So again like Victorians, we will travel without leaving armchairs.
Visitors are most welcome – non-members as well!
Every meeting, see 3D views from around the world. A great opportunity to share and compare each others’ latest work and experiences.
Also discussion related with 3d views, latest 3d news.
Just great place to socialize with other stereoscopy lovers!
For more information, please email the organiser, Maciek Samulski
It would be useful if you could let the organisers know if you are thinking of attending so we can ensure we have enough 3D glasses for this new event.
