Loans are only available to members of the Stereoscopic Society.

Items from the Society Library – see Library Titles List – may be borrowed for a period normally not exceeding one month (in exceptional cases this period may be extended by agreement with the Librarian if more than one copy is available and not on order from another Society member.)

The borrower pays the first class postage in both directions, the cost of which relates to size and weight (the latter generally shown after each title – these weights, which exclude wrapping, are approximate and for guidance only), including despatch and return signed-for where considered appropriate. The return postage will normally be the same as that for despatch. (Note: A cheque for reimbursement of the Librarian’s despatch postage cost should be enclosed with the returned item(s) and made payable to “Andrew Wilkinson”, not to the Stereoscopic Society.)  Books, etc. may alternatively be collected and returned at Society Coventry meetings.

Time can be saved by contacting the Librarian by e-mail or phone, when he can advise on the arrangements for dispatch and return. Any likely delay in return of borrowed items should be notified to the Librarian a.s.a.p. Borrowers are expected to take due care of the Library books, etc. in their charge.
