This list shows the Society's holding of books in which stereoscopy is a major interest, including a few books of mainly historical interest as well as some short runs of journals.

Items from the Society Library may be borrowed for a period normally not exceeding one month (in exceptional cases this period may be extended by agreement with the Librarian if more than one copy of a book is available and not on order from another Society member.) The borrower pays the first class postage in both directions, the cost of which relates to size (in most cases likely to be Packet Rate) as well as weight (generally shown after each title below  - these weights are approximate and for guidance only), plus despatch and return recorded delivery fees where considered appropriate. The return postage will normally be the same as that for despatch, as identified on the outside of the packet. Books may alternatively be collected and returned, by prior arrangement with the Society Librarian, at Society London meetings. Time can be saved by contacting the Librarian by phone, when he can advise on the arrangements for despatch and return of the book(s). Any likely delay in return of books should be notified to the Librarian a.s.a.p.

Please note: Loans are only available to members of the Stereoscopic Society.
